CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

The quality goals are associated with each process and aim to allow COMEIP to monitor the stage of effectiveness and the correct functioning of its quality management system.

They are analyzed annually within the scope of the Management Review.

Planning and monitoring are carried out on a specific form and periodically evaluated by the Manager of each process.

Quality Policy

COMEIP mission is to manufacture, assemble and maintain precision metal parts, plastic products and electrical equipment for medium and high voltage.

 

COMEIP assumes with its customers and suppliers a constant optimization and innovation in the manufacturing processes, which result in a guarantee of conformity and reduction of the manufacturing costs of the products. It aims to maintain trust and participate in the challenges of our clients committed to greater internationalization.

It is based on these principles that we are committed to complying with the requirements of the client and other interested parties, norms and applicable legislation, betting on the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of our quality management system.

Quality Policy Disclosure

COMEIP has taken steps to ensure that all employees are aware of the Quality Policy and implement it.

 

Its disclosure was made by posting on tables, at points of mandatory crossing, and with the delivery of a copy of the Quality Policy to each employee.
